Important General Information
Production Time/Rush Services
New orders: Normal production is 5-10 working days after art approval.
Repeat orders: Allow 4 to 9 working days.
For large quantities contact us for production times.
Rush service is often available. Fee for service varies by product.
Catalog & Custom Orders
50% deposit is required prior to production of order.
Set-up costs vary by product and manufacturing process. Set-up costs, if any, are quoted prior to order acceptance.
Allow 2 to 4 days for pre-production fax or e-mail proof, when required.
Custom orders are welcomed. Most custom orders require artwork and/or prototype, before production can begin.
Changes/Cancellations
Changes for orders in progress must be received in writing and may delay the shipment or production of your awards.
Cancellation of an order in process will result in invoicing for all services,
merchandise or labor costs expended prior to cancellation .

Graphic Formats:
Preferred: CorelDraw cdr v.10 or previous with fonts embedded, Adobe Illustrator EPS or AI with text as curves.
Others: Any uncompressed bitmap format such as BMP, TIF, or hi-res JPG.
The most reliable method is from PC based vector files.
Color Matching: PMS color matching is available on most Subligraphic® and “ID Stock” products at $50 per color.
Compression Types Accepted: PC WinZip
Hard Copy: Camera-Ready art (max. size 8.5" x 11" )
Fax can be used if art has thick strokes - send in highest possible resolution.
Art Services:
Electronic artwork is acceptable (see art
specifications).
Non-Electronic, non Camera-Ready art may require additional artwork fees.
All customer submitted artwork is subject to art department approval.
Art modifications and custom original artwork, $50/hour.
